Like managers at a venue, they are the ones that set the tone, or work environment, they have the power of influence to shape the mood or feel of the establishment, because they are the ones that make all the business decisions.
They can make it a family environment, a political environment, a hostile or stressful environment, or a fun exciting environment.
I think we have this problem with the music industry.
I think we need to take the decision making power away from the business personal. And let artist and musicians feel free to be creative and original.

Media Has No Ethics

I started watching all these random clips of Michael Jackson in his music videos and interviews.

Random clips of The Jacksons in the 60′s, 70′s, and then in the 80′s.
I noticed that the media has changed; they covered more controversial topics. Interviews were aimed to hurt the stars image.
I learned that the press has never been fair to The Jackson family.
Insinuating that Michael Jackson is gay.
Tabloids refer to him as wacko jacko.
Questioned his involvement with kids.
They criticized him about his plastic surgery and skin tone.

There were interviews with his sister Latoya Jackson, encouraging her to speak out about the Jacksons personal family issues. Everything was negative or mention to portray famous celebrities in a negative image.
Why do shows want to air this?
All these shows were not covering how great the Jacksons were, or all the charities they were involved in.

I don’t think any of the media in 40′s would have covered Any topics that would have discredited a respectable family like the Jacksons.

In the 60′s, the media may have been really bias; but, it had always seemed to have good ethics.

Quantum Trapping

So everybody seems to be going “nuts” over Gadhafi’s death, the Libyan dictator who occasionally makes “luke warm” news every 2-5 years. It’s world news, it’s politics, so people find this story interesting. He torchered his people for decades and now his own people killed him… That story is only interesting for a few seconds, it’s lame how the media keeps playing this news story out.

The media should be focused on real news

Superconductors have no energy loss, below a certain temperature, and they can be cooled by liquid nitrogen.

Next step is to make wires out of superconductors, so energy can flow with no resistance.

Science and technology is changing the way we live. A century ago, people were still riding horses; now there is a possibility of travel by means of levitation.

Innovation dies with death of Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs, Apple CEO, passes away!! OMG what do we do now?

There are thousands of headlines in the media covering the death of Steve Jobs and the uncertain future of Apple.

Yes the man lead a computer company to extraordinary achievements, but he didn’t do it all by himself.

The media is funny, it can take an ordinary person and make him out to be the most beautiful person in the world.
I’m not trying to bash Steve Jobs, he was a great innovator and leader; but let’s not make the guy out to be another Elvis Presley.

Breaking News: Elderly man drives extraordinary Franchise into ground. Tragedy now over

Anybody that knows sports, knows about Al Davis. The franchise owner of the Oakland Raiders dies at the age of 82.
Everybody has their opinion about this guy, good and bad. One thing is certain, the Raiders have been football joke for the last two decades.
And its no secret, Al Davis has been the only man making all final decisions regarding the Raiders organization.
It’s been a joke!

His motto used to be about winning, now all he wants to do is prove to everybody that him and only him controls the Raiders. And there’s nothing anybody can do about it. (or could they?)

I’m sure there have been lots of sports fanatics waiting for this guy to finally pass away. Because they want to see the Raiders make headlines in sports again. When the Raiders were good, whether you liked them or not; Football was more entertaining.

The point I want to make is… At what point do people finally step in and say “enough, your too damn old!” At what age do you have to be for people to realize that your just too old to make important decisions for any business!?

Com’n, at age 80? this guy was making every decision for a sports franchise. And people let him! There has got to be a limit. They should have stepped in at age 70!

It’s like the DMV letting people age 80 drive and operate a vehicle capable of moving 100+ mph. At age 80 do people follow the laws of the road or do they make their own rules? It’s like driving drunk; It’s dangerous! And It shouldn’t be allowed period!

At a certain age you start to become mentally incompetent. Nothing you say makes any sense. And everything you do doesn’t make any sense either.

The last time Al Davis looked like a genius is when the Raiders had a series of Playoff appearances, a QB that won consecutive Pro bowl MVPs, and a great head coach that the players believed in.

Then comes a series of signs of a mentally incompetent elder, unconsciously destroying a proud franchise, and tearing apart the dreams of it’s athletes, fans, investors, local communities, and staff members of winning.

Davis unexpectedly fires his winning head coach for no reason… Loses the Superbowl the following year, to his former coach that he fired, , and gets embarrassed on national TV.

When do companies step in to say “enough”?

I don’t care how great you are. When you reach age 70, or when you start to become mentally incompetent; it’s time to step down. Stop being selfish, It’s not just about you!

And the people that allowed this to happen should be penalized. They have allowed a Football maverick to make a total fool of himself.

Thankfully it is all over.

Audi is using twitter to reach out to consumers. In response Audi gains lots of followers. They currently have 147,000 Followers on Twitter. That means people have an interest in Audi.
